- Products that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Items that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect upon delivery.
1.2 Non-Returnable Products
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Customized or tailored items made specifically for you.
- Final sale items or clearance products.
- Undergarments or intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.
1.3 Time Frame for Returns
You must initiate your return or exchange request within 14 days of the delivery date.
2. Refund Process
2.1 Refund Eligibility
If your return request is approved, we will issue a refund for the product price. Shipping charges, including those paid at the time of order or during the return process, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
2.2 Method of Refund
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at returns@mmzfashion.com with your order number, photos of the item (if applicable), and the reason for return.
- Approval: Wait for our team to review your request and provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
- Prepare the Item: Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
- Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions using a trackable shipping method. We recommend using FedEx for reliable service. MMZ Fashion is not responsible for returns lost during transit if shipped via an untracked method.
4. Exchange Policy
4.1 Item Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or lesser value, subject to stock availability. If the desired replacement item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
5.1 Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery at returns@mmzfashion.com. Include photos of the item and packaging.
- Once we verify the issue, we will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping fees.
6. Return Shipping Costs
6.1 Responsibility for Shipping Costs
- Customer-Paid Returns: For returns that are not due to MMZ Fashion’s error, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Prepaid Labels: If the return is a result of our error, we will provide a prepaid FedEx return shipping label.
6.2 International Returns
For international orders, any customs duties or fees incurred during the return process will be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Non-Delivery Cases
If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer:
- The package will be returned to MMZ Fashion, and reshipping fees will apply.
- Refunds for undelivered packages will exclude original shipping fees.
